Players are matched by age and/or ability, singles and mixed doubles formats, weekly games, scores and rankings maintained to develop a ladder with an end of summer tournament based on rankings.

Adult Pick-Up Soccer
Women and men of all skill levels are invited to participate in our Thursday Night 7v7 Pick-Up Soccer. Beginners and past college players are welcome. In order to keep costs down the pick-up games do not have referees. It is up to each individual to play safely and with regard for their opponents. There are no slide tackles allowed and body contact is strictly prohibited. Participants should bring their completed registration forms with them to the field. Players must be 18+.

Get Golf Ready - In 5 LESSONs
This 5-lesson Get Golf Ready experience is designed to teach the beginner golfer (or non golfer) everything needed to play golf in just a few lessons. Taught by a PGA professional, this program combines instruction, fun, fitness and a no-pressure on-course experience. Each session will feature basic swing mechanics; including grip, alignment and posture, basic rules, etiquette, and tips. All done with an emphasis on having fun that will help improve your overall comfort level on any course. (Bring golf bag, shoes, balls, etc.) Ages: 18+.

Yoga & More
Fun exercise to fit into your schedule, budget and fitness level. We made it easy, affordable and flexible for your schedule. Classes are held at the Parks and Recreation Center, unless otherwise stated. Some classes are held at the Wilson House, Ansay Building and Holiday Inn. Sign up at any time. Purchase just a few class sessions or enough for a couple of months. Can be used by all family members. Attend any one class during the time slots offered - or attend them all. Mix it up from week to week.

Yoga on the Bluff
Come to the northeast end of Upper Lake Park (on the bluff) in Port Washington and get your day started with a yoga practice. Inclement weather (rain, excessive wind) - class will be held at the Port Washington Rec Center.

All Level Yoga
Yoga postures are modified to accommodate all levels and conditions, offering both beginners and experienced students with a satisfying practice that will improve strength, balance and flexibility as well as bring more awareness to body and breath.

This class combines traditional Yoga, building strength, balance, joint mobility and flexibility, with Pilates, focusing on deep core strength.

A Latin inspired dynamic dance exercise class designed for everyone at any age or fitness level. No dance background required — just join the party and before you know it, the workout is over. Sneakers or shoes that allow for pivoting are recommended.

Gentle Yoga
This yoga class is perfect for the newer student or for those looking for a more therapeutic yoga practice that focuses on flexibility, balance and relaxation as well as providing you with more energy and clarity. The instructor may use props such as chairs, blocks or straps to make yoga more accessible for those with limited mobility.

Aerial Yoga
Uses a soft fabric hammock, supporting up to 1000 lbs., suspended a few feet off the floor allowing you to access traditional yoga poses in new ways. This class uses your body weight, partially or fully supported, with the help of gravity to help you achieve proper posture and alignment using little to no effort.

Unite Yoga and indoor cycling to create a balanced fat burning workout. Thirty minutes of cycling, which tests your cardiovascular fitness and mental concentration, followed by 30 minutes of Yoga which will unwind those tight muscles from cycling, work on your balance, flexibility and strength.

Aqua Zumba
This class is the "pool party" workout for all ages. You will learn safe, effective, and challenging water based workouts that integrate the Zumba formula & philosophy into traditional aqua fitness discipline. Classes are held in Pirates' Hollow Waterpark.
